Dalton Steps and Frederick's Cafe

The Dalton steps are due for refurbishment. The former urns will be reinstalled.

At the top of the steps is the Pavilion which is the home of Frederick's Ice Cream Parlour. Frederick's Ice Cream has parlours in Chorley, Heath Charnock and the Alpine Ski Village in Manchester. They now use only "Fair Trade" sugar.
