Mill-dam Wood lies between Standish and Shevington. Its proper name is Elnup Wood but most local people know it as Mill-dam.

The bluebells here are absolutely magnificent. They are a little late this year but seem to be even more beautiful than usual.

All these pictures were taken on the morning of Sunday May 9th, 2010.
